Your Guide to the Michigan Court Rules

This training program covers the basic information about the Michigan Court Rules. Sample rules are used throughout the program. If the practice in your court differs from the rules explained in this program, contact your court administrator or chief judge for clarification of your local practice. Not every question that arises can be answered by the rules. If you find that the rules do not answer your question, talk with your supervisor.
